The sunlit dining room and thoughtfully renovated kitchen include reclaimed wood cabinetry, granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, and stainless steel appliances. Outdoors, the gated backyard has lush landscaping, decks with seating and dining as well as a retractable awning for shade plus a pool and spa. There's also a meditation area featuring a koi pond. The gated driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.

• This private home doesn't have bins large enough for excess trash that may accumulate during a stay. If you have a large gathering, catering, shopping that generates excessive trash that doesn't fit into the city's containers/bins, the guest is responsible for the additional charge to dispose of the trash. Photo documentation will be submitted and an additional fee of $230 charged to the guest.

Great house! Location is amazing. Right in the heart of west hollywood, walking distance to bars/restaurants, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's. The house itself is well furnished, clean, cozy. Shower is hot. Bed is super comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for a long stay. The backyard was my favorite part of the house. Nice pool / hot tub. Quiet and peaceful. WiFi works great out there so you can do some work while listening to birds. I didn't have many issues, but the host was very responsive in answering any questions I had. Highly recommended!
