• We enforce a strict ban on parties of large groups as per the city of LA's law. However, small gatherings are welcome with pre-approval.
• This private home doesn't have bins large enough for excess trash that may accumulate during a stay. If you have a large gathering, catering, shopping that generates excessive trash that doesn't fit into the city's containers/bins, the guest is responsible for the additional charge to dispose of the trash. Photo documentation will be submitted and an additional fee of $230 charged to the guest.
• Lost parking passes will incur a $75/pass replacement fee

Great Eclectic home centrally located in LA. Property Manager was super responsive. A great welcome basket to help get us started. House was unique and a great layout. We were there to see Joni Mitchell at The Bowl and which was super close both to that and Bob Hope Airport. Pool was nice for an early morning spa before we were out exploring. Beds comfortable with awesome pillows. Bath products and towels A++. We would love to stay again.
