Having used other rental management services before, luckily partnering with Nonpareil Stays, we can confidently and highly recommend them. Lisa and Deanna are smart, thoughtful professionals who manage our property so that we don’t have to worry about it at all. They took our house from the bottom (literally) of the Airbnb listings for Los Angeles, to where it is now; at the top. This doesn’t happen accidentally ~ it happens through careful planning and vision as well as hard work and resourcefulness. Plus, they are very accessible, good at screening renters, and are scrupulously honest. These are all things that can be lacking in the home rental management business.
